Waybook free trial: what Waybook documents
Waybook offers a 7-day free trial and sells no free plan. Its pages do not say whether the trial needs a card, which plan it runs on or what happens on day 8. The pricing page heads its plans with "7-day free trial. Cancel anytime.", but the Terms say a cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and give no refund unless the law requires one.
The help center says "Whichever plan you lean towards, we offer a free 7-day trial." Past the trial, Core is $99 a month billed annually for 20 members, plus $5 for each extra member, or $119 billed monthly plus $6, as read on October 17, 2026.

Start a 7-day Waybook trial →How to start the trial, and what Book a Demo opens
Press Get Started on the Waybook home page or on a plan card of the pricing page. It opens a registration form on top of the page. Book a Demo, labeled Book Demo on the plan cards, opens the same form. Teams that need more than 500 members are offered a Book Call button on the pricing page for a custom plan.
What the trial pages leave open
- Card: no Waybook page says whether the sign-up form asks for one.
- Plan: the help center says there is a trial whichever plan you lean toward, but no page says which plan the trial runs on or whether it includes Pro-only features.
- Day 8: no page says whether an account is charged, downgraded or locked when the trial ends.
Knowledge Confirmation Steps, which record who read and confirmed a Document, are a Pro feature, so whether the trial includes Pro features is the question to put to Waybook through Book a Demo.
Refunds and cancellation after you pay
The Terms promise no refund unless the law requires one. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, and a cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, not on the day you cancel. Waybook may change its fees and says it will give advance notice.
Export what you need before you cancel: an older help center article says canceling a plan means losing access to your Waybook documents and reports.
Longer trials elsewhere: SweetProcess and Process Street
SweetProcess offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card needed and a 30-day money-back guarantee. After the trial you choose a plan and enter billing details: one plan, $99 a month billed monthly for up to 10 members. Process Street says its Pro plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required, and it shows no plan price.
Waybook's plans are priced on Waybook pricing and weighed in the Waybook review, and the company and its Terms are checked in Is Waybook legit.
