What Waybook's Terms say about refunds, renewals and price changes

The Terms say there are no refunds beyond what the law requires, and a Paid Subscription can be canceled at any time. Subscriptions renew each billing period, and a cancellation takes effect only when the current one ends. Waybook may change its fees with advance notice, and it may suspend a Paid Account that is not paid on time.

For a money-back guarantee, SweetProcess offers 30 days, plus a 14-day free trial with no credit card needed. Process Street's pricing page gives its Pro plan a 14-day free trial with no credit card.

Waybook's 7-day free trial, per its pricing page, is the window to read these terms and look at the export tools. Waybook free trial lists what the trial pages leave open.

Your content in Waybook: ownership, export and deletion

You and your organization keep ownership of your content, and the Terms say you can export it at any time with the export tools. Editors and admins can export a Document as a PDF by default, reports export as CSV, PDF or XLS, and Waybook support exports a whole Waybook or a whole Subject, meaning one team or area of the business.

Waybook deletes your content within 60 days of closure, so export first: an older help center article says canceling a plan means losing access to your documents and reports. Waybook also promises that if it ever ceases to trade, you would still get your data as a CSV, HTML or XML data pull.

Waybook security and AI training

The Terms say Waybook does not use your content or its AI output to train AI models, and that its AI providers are contractually prohibited from doing so. They also require you to review AI output before relying on it or publishing it to your team.

Waybook's help center says data is encrypted in transit and at rest, naming AES-256 and TLS 1.3. Its separate Security article says Waybook is not yet ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certified and that a complete audit has not been conducted, with both on its roadmap. The encryption and AI-training statements are therefore Waybook's own claims, not audit results. The Waybook review covers the product itself.
