Mini Course Generator features and the plan each needs

Mini Course Generator features cover five jobs: building a course, delivering it, controlling who gets in, tracking results, and connecting it to other tools. Most of them are on both creator plans. Plus is $49 a month billed monthly or $39 billed annually; Pro is $99 or $79, as read on 3 October 2026.

Building features: AI course builder, blocks and quizzes

The AI Course Builder takes a topic, or a source you upload, and returns an outline you can edit before it writes pages. The help center gives the source limits: PDF files up to 100 MB and 100 pages, or YouTube links. You choose whether the AI treats the source as a reference, follows its structure, or preserves the text closely. More than 20 languages are supported.

AI work spends credits. The help center lists 1 credit for a title, 1 for an outline, 2 for each generated page (1 if you switch AI images off) and 5 for each AI image you prompt yourself. A 12-page course with images therefore costs 1 + 1 + 24 = 26 credits out of the 1,000 that Plus gives each month. Credits renew every 30 days and unused credits do not carry over.

A separate AI quiz page generates 1 to 15 questions from your course content, an uploaded document or the AI's general knowledge. Because generated text can be wrong, pair this with the checks in reviewing an AI draft.

Delivery and access features: links, embeds, exports and gates

Every course starts as a draft and has no working link until you publish it. After that you can share a link, embed the course with iframe or script code, or export it. The pricing page lists five access methods on the creator plans: open access, a password wall, email verification, payment, and on Pro only, invitation-only access for a named learner group. The differences between those gates are explained in sharing and access options.

The vendor's pages disagree on export plans: the pricing page lists PDF export on Plus and Dynamic SCORM export on Pro, while a help article says PDF needs Pro and SCORM needs a plan called Elite. Confirm the export you need during the trial. The help center adds that PDF exports drop videos, GIFs and some interactive items, and that SCORM packages only work online. Tracking features: reports, badges and certificates

Each mini-course has a report you download as an .xls file. According to the help center it shows which pages each learner completed, quiz answers marked true or false, survey choices, star ratings, free-text replies and the last access time. Completion pages can show a score, show different feedback by number of correct answers, or issue a badge. Certificates are a Pro feature.

A report shows that pages were completed and questions answered. It does not show that someone can do the task, a point covered in completion is not competence.

What is missing from Plus and Pro

The comparison table marks these as not included on either creator plan: team seats, REST API, single sign-on, in-app authentication, headless LMS, the Intercom app, embeddable widgets, account-based reporting, an enterprise SLA and a dedicated success manager. If you need any of them you are buying Enterprise, and I could not find a public Enterprise price.

Two limits also matter for small teams. The learner allowance is yearly, 500 on Plus and 1,000 on Pro. And uploaded videos must be MP4 files of up to 100 MB each, though embedded YouTube or Vimeo videos are not limited.
