Make a claim inventory
Read the draft for statements about who may act, what must happen, when it happens and what exceptions apply. Compare those statements with your source map. A generated introduction can sound harmless while changing “may” to “must” or describing a request as an approval. Mark unsupported details rather than silently accepting them because they make the lesson read smoothly.
Check the missing material too
Accuracy is not only the absence of false sentences. A draft may omit the escalation path, prerequisite or condition that makes the normal instruction safe to use. Compare the source’s decision and exception steps with the lesson elements. Leave reference-only material out deliberately, but record the distinction so a short lesson does not accidentally remove the information its central answer depends on.
Inspect generated media and questions
A plausible illustration or scenario may contain an interface, field or workflow that your product does not have. Label fictional examples and avoid presenting generated imagery as a screenshot of tested behavior. Review incorrect-answer feedback with the same care as the main text. We have not measured Mini Course Generator’s accuracy; its AI features do not transfer editorial responsibility away from the publisher.
Approve a specific version
Have the appropriate source owner review the material that makes operational claims. Record the draft version, source version and unresolved issues. If the source changes later, that approval does not automatically cover the revised lesson. Use a bounded fictional pilot to check the presentation and update process before considering real records, private uploads or a broader rollout.
Review outside the polished layout
Compare a plain list of the draft’s operational claims with the source before being influenced by attractive formatting. Then inspect the rendered lesson separately. Content accuracy and presentation quality are two checks; passing one should not be used to skip the other.
